This same tradition of providing efficient contracted services governs our service offerings to OEMs. A culture of Quality Assurance and timely service lies at the core of our newly introduced Service Vertical that we call IMU. IMU on one hand stands for Installation, Maintenance and Upgradation services that we offer to OEMs and in spirit IMU denotes “I AM YOU” which symbolizes that we provide services as OEMs would want it to be had it been their own service company. We have perceived this sub-vertical as a thrust area, to which we have committed to deploy greater resources.
Our Service Network is PAN India and comprises engineers specially trained at our Training Center near Coimbatore, where apart from the foundational training, the calendar includes regular refresher modules to update the knowledge and skill capabilities of our Engineers. We have a robust infrastructure with mobile and web applications for live monitoring of our field team Reputed Companies have trusted and contracted with us, whereby we have been positioned as their trusted service partners.
